Phone Number: Provide the contact number you registered during the booking. This is essential for identity verification.
Select Payment Method
Payment Type: Choose the payment method used for the booking. This could be either “Cash” or “Stripe.” This selection helps in processing the refund accurately if applicable.

Screenshot of Booking: Please upload a clear screenshot of the booking confirmation email. Make sure the screenshot includes:
- Booking Title and ID (e.g., Booking 23643)
- Payment Method
- Route Locations, Date, Time, and Client Details
